A Sentimental, Romantic Backyard Wedding Ceremony

“Evan and I have a strong love for the outdoors, and we both knew from the start we were small wedding people,” Ashley says. “So, that it is why my grandpa's backyard was a perfect choice. Also, ever since I was a child, my grandma dreamed of having a wedding in her backyard, and Grandpa specifically landscaped the backyard for any of his children's or grandchildren's wedding. My grandma was my best friend and passed away in 2008. So, in honor of my grandma and her dream, I knew there was no question where the wedding was going to be. The thought of having the wedding in my grandparents’ backyard brought tears of joy to my grandpa's eyes.”
