Amanda and Harutyun met in the Netherlands and were engaged exactly three years later. When it came time to ask Amanda to marry him, Harutyun was so scared, he couldn't even speak!Planning everything from the Netherlands, they chose to hold the wedding at Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Florida, for the “serene ambiance of the coral reef,” since it was convenient and within their budget, says Amanda. As they were in another country, the couple chose to buy the flowers, bridesmaid dresses, stationary and other necessities for their wedding from the Carlson Craft website.To complement the space, the couple chose purple and sage green as their wedding colors. Amanda's bouquet was filled with purple and cream roses to match her dress and color palette. The guests, including some from around the world, held sparklers to give Amanda and Harutyun a bright exit.
