A Sea Glass Inspired Wedding at the Wequassett Resort in Chatham, Massachusetts

Meg Kilmurray (26, Heath Educator) met Ryan Payne (33, Golf Professional) in December 2011 while working at her waitressing job. The college student and the returning customer started a flirty relationship over the next few months. After passing notes, the two went on their first date to a local bar’s 80’s night. After that retro first date the pair took off for a weekend trip, where Meg and Ryan became inseparable. Ryan popped the question in December 2012 while they were on a weekend trip to New York City. In front of the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, Ryan got on bended knee and presented Meg with the round cut, pave band diamond stunner. The couple planned a summer wedding during their 18-month engagement. On July 26, 2014 Meg and Ryan tied the knot at the Wequassett Resort in Chatham, Massachusetts surrounded by 100 of their closest friends and family members. The outdoor ceremony took place on a sunny day, where guests could enjoy views of the bay. Kelly Bicknell of Kelly Cronin Photography was there to capture every moment during the couple’s special day.
