Leslie Amos (27, owner of a custom paper-goods company) and Kenny Ochs (30 and a project engineer) said their “I dos” underneath an oak tree on a family ranch while guests watched from antique church pews, before throwing a vintage-chic bash in the property’s picturesque white barn. Paper was a priority for the bride, who customized their cotton linen invitation suite with silver foil calligraphy, recycled silk belly bands and silver wax seals. Inspired by their love of antiques and unique finds, the couple employed a French garden theme that came alive with repurposed candlesticks, distressed tins, silver goblets and olive branch garlands. Blocks of petrified wood displayed a sweet dessert spread, where blue agate stones marked the name of each treat. In lieu of menus, place settings featured a thank-you note customized for each guest. “The notes were a small token of our gratitude for their monumental role in both our lives and in our relationship,” Leslie says. "We incorporated our faith by including Scripture throughout the de?cor." Sincle Leslie’s family hails from Houston, the newlyweds served savory fare from one of their favorite hometown restaurants: Uncle Bob’s BBQ. “Their food is to die for,” Leslie says of their memorable menu. “It was apparent from everyone’s inquiries that Uncle Bob’s won the hearts of our Dallas guests!”
