Megan Potter (31 and in advertising) and Sean Tierney (30 and in advertising) first met through Match.com  and got engaged almost two years later. The New York City based couple planned a rustic destination wedding at Heartwood Hall in Rossville  Tennessee with a white, navy and yellow color palette. "It wasn't our first choice to have the wedding so far from where we lived, but the beauty of Heartwood Hall and the affordability of the South won us over," says Megan. "Sean had very definite ideas about how much input he would have in our wedding planning—he wanted to be involved in just about everything so started to define our style by picking an invitation design that hinted to the venue's vintage feel." The bride created all of the bouquets and boutonnieres with cream, yellow and navy fabric to match the bridesmaids short blue dresses. Her dress, was one of the most meaningful elements of the day—it incorporated the lace train from her mother's wedding dress (which was handmade by her grandmother) and transformed into a new gown.
