Everything about the Texas Hill Country wedding of Lindsey Bruggeman (29 and in marketing and sales) and Adam Graham (36 and in advertising and marketing) felt like laid-back, rustic romance. The couple hosted their ceremony and reception at Pecan Springs Ranch in Austin, Texas, after falling in love with the big trees and tall grass that surround the property with recycled-wood components and a natural atmosphere. “Most of our guests were coming from out of town, so we wanted something that felt very traditional to Texas but still felt like us. With Pecan Springs Ranch, we got both,” the bride says. Lindsey wore a stunning lace Robert Bullock wedding dress from Unbridaled that captured her attention for two reasons: “First and foremost, it was comfortable,” she says. “The second the lace detail of the straps. That part of the dress really stuck with me.” Stems Floral Design accented the venue with lush, neutral flowers including ivory and blush blooms with pops of succulents and lavender. A long garland on the ceremony fireplace was the perfect complement to the ceremony space: “The venue itself was beautiful and quaint, so honestly, we just built upon what was already there,” Lindsey says. Pure Love Style helped Lindsey and Adam plan a meaningful wedding with elements that reflected their style and taste as a couple. “Adam and I love a good wedding -- and a good party,” the bride says, “so we wanted to make sure everyone had fun. If the packed dance floor was any indication, I’d say we accomplished our goal.”

Lindsey knew she wanted a lace wedding dress, and knew when she found the one for a few reasons: “First and foremost, it was comfortable. I love to dance and knew I didn’t want to be inhibited,” she says. “The second big factor was the lace detail on the straps. That part of the dress really stuck with me.”
Lindsey’s pale neutral bridal bouquet included ivory and blush roses, white scabiosa, white lisianthus, white peonies, lavender, blue thistles, small green succulents and dusty miller. A burlap and lace wrap completed the rustic, Texas style.
The bridesmaids wore cocktail-length navy dresses in different styles to stay cool for the outdoor Texas wedding. They each carried pale neutral bouquets of blush roses and white scabiosa with pops of lavender and dusty miller.

Adam chose the boutonnieres for the groomsmen, which were made of succulents and lavender and wrapped in burlap for a rustic touch.
The groom designed the whimsical, turquoise wedding invitations, as well as the save-the-date cards and signs throughout the wedding.
Adam enjoys designing things, and created the invitation suite, wedding program, and all the signs around the wedding venue. “I loved this touch about our wedding, because it made it very personal and one-of-a-kind,” Lindsey says.
The couple lined their ivory dining tables with DIY burlap runners. The eclectic centerpieces included a mixture of old books and vases with flowers and succulents, tall vases with curly willow branches and hanging mercury glass, and tall candelabras and candles.

For dessert, the couple opted for a tiered cupcake display with various flavored cupcakes from their favorite local bakery, Sugar Mama’s. They also gave their guests cookies and water as a “parting gift” wedding favor for the ride home.
