A Rustic Romantic Wedding at Magnolia Manor Plantation in Warrenton, North Carolina

Lilu Wheeler (34 and owner and designer of Leluna Star) and Brian Mancini (39 and a regional sales manager) met online through Match.com and as coincidence would have it, the Raleigh, NC based couple grew up only a few hours away from each other in Connecticut and New York. Several years later, shortly after their daughter, Madeleine was born, Michael popped the question.The couple chose the Magnolia Manor Plantation in Warrenton, NC to host their summer wedding, the site offering a stunning outdoor space to host the ceremony, surrounded by acres of manicured lawns dotted with majestic old growth trees. "We wanted a location that was like a getaway for ourselves and our guests," says Leah. "We rented a large house on Lake Gaston for the entire wedding party and took Labor Day Weekend to celebrate with all of our guests." The couple and their guests danced the night away in a rustic, historic barn decorated with plenty of vintage, DIY touches, wood accents and fresh bunches of full ivory and blush blooms.
