A Rustic, Romantic Wedding at Hidden Springs Events in Aubrey, Texas

Everything about the wedding of Jamie Bledsoe (25 and a sales professional) and Garrett Carter (25 and a sales professional) symbolized their love. From their cheerful palette of warm coral, pink and yellow hues to sweet quotes and even including their families’ wedding pictures in the decor, all the details were inspired by their happiness together. Their rustic-chic celebration unfolded in the barn at Hidden Springs Events in Aubrey, Texas, complete with elegant chandeliers, wall sconces and polished wood that enhanced the romantic ambience. The venue also offered gorgeous grounds—trees, a creek and a beautiful bridge. “I knew I couldn’t look anywhere else, because a place like that comes once in a lifetime,” Jamie says. “I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to get married.” Haute Floral created a stunning wedding arch topped with lush florals that continued the bright theme. Following their heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner by Babe’s Chicken Dinner House—its fried chicken is a force to be reckoned with. Later, DJ Connections moved the night into one huge celebration, with Jamie and Garrett’s 250 guests dancing the night away. “It was the most fun I have ever had,” Jamie says.
