A Rustic Romantic Wedding at Canoe Mountain Rodeo in Valemount, British Columbia

Denise Walker (30, an Office Worker) and Vincent Clark (40, a Business Worker) wanted to have a casual, country wedding with romantic and elegant touches. Burlap and lace decor, bunches of wild Baby's Breath and a tented reception with over fifty white chandeliers gave the wedding the romantic rustic elegance the couple was aiming for. After the ceremony, guests rode in covered wagons to the reception, sipping on moonshine sangria cocktails from mason jars. Dinner was a cowboy classic: friend chicken, pulled pork, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. After dinner guests enjoyed a slice of the beautiful rose frosted vanilla cake made by Denise's mother and a slice from one of of the 140(!) pies made for dessert.
