A Rustic Ranch Wedding at Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson, Arizona
For their wedding weekend, Erin Leonard (29 and a certified public accountant) and Luke Leonard (27 and a construction engineer) hung out with their family and friends on a rustic Arizona ranch for the weekend. Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson, Arizona, provided lodging and full amenities for their wedding day with a gorgeous desert backdrop that could only be in Arizona. “I really wanted that rustic, country chic vibe and wanted all parts of the wedding to be outside. The ranch had more than enough beautiful outdoor spaces to accommodate my vision,” Erin says. Erin wore her dream wedding dress: “My wedding dress was a keyhole back Monique Lhuillier that I have been in love with for as long as I can remember,” the bride says. Everything about the wedding celebrations reflected the Southwest, from the succulent centerpieces full of desert colors to the prickly pear margaritas and taco-bar dinner. Guests could dance the night away under the stars and cottonwood trees or practice their skills at the ranch’s horseshoe and roping station. The laid-back weekend was a true reflection of Erin and Luke’s casual style. “We are happiest when we are kicking back with our family and friends having a good time, eating good food and drinking good drinks,” Erin says. Even better, the ranch included activities to entertain everyone the whole weekend and create even more memories. According to the bride: “One of our favorite things we did with guests was the breakfast trail ride the morning after the wedding. We all rode horses up to the homestead and had a blueberry pancake breakfast.” See the rustic details, captured by Love My Life Photography, below.
