A Rustic Mountain Wedding at The Mountain Top Inn in Chittenden, Vermont

Whitney and Bryan met at a college party at Bryan's apartment senior year. Whitney sat down at a table in the kitchen and started to eat a 18x20 inch Carvel ice cream cake by herself.  It was "love as first bite," Bryan says! Bryan proposed over dinner by giving Whitney a Deluxe Boggle game (one of the many games the two loved to play together) with the words spelling out "Will You Marry Me?" Because the couple met and were engaged in Middlebury, they decided to continue their story in Vermont as well. The Mountain Top Inn had everything they were looking for--outdoor ceremony, tented reception with views of the beautiful Green Mountains, tons of activities for guests and lodging on site. A color palette of navy and light green and accents like birch branches and candles brought out the natural, rustic feel the couple wanted for their wedding.
