A Rustic, Industrial Wedding with Vintage Flair at Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw, North Carolina

Abby Seeskin (28 and a graduate student) and Rachel Stebing (30 and a retirement plan consultant) planned a rustic meets urban wedding with a vibrant, summery color scheme.

Abby and Rachel patterned their interfaith ceremony after a Jewish wedding, but tailored parts of it to feel more significant to them as a couple. They rewrote the traditional “seven blessings,” and had each member of their wedding party offer them a blessing. “We really wanted our ceremony to reflect who we are as individuals and who we are as a couple,” Abby says.

Mint and basil added a pop of green (and fresh scents) to the bouquets.
