A Rustic, Glamorous Wedding With a Garden Twist at Pratt Place Inn and Barn in Fayetteville, Arkansas

When Kim Williams (31 and works in corporate affairs) and Nick King (29 and works in automotive finance) visited Pratt Place Inn and Barn in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at dusk, they knew it was the perfect spot for their nuptials. “With the sun setting and the light shining on the manes of the horses, it just felt magical,” Kim says. Kim and Nick had their ceremony outside in a giant open field before moving into the barn rotunda where guests enjoyed cocktails next to the horses in the ring. “I love animals, so it meant a lot being able to tie in this natural beauty,” Kim says. Although the breathtaking barn adorned with Edison-style string lights set the tone for the shabby-chic reception, Kim and Nick wanted to add plenty of glamorous flair, such as gold-framed chalkboards, metallic dinnerware and romantic painted black and pink programs. Floral designer Jules Designs created all the amazing, textured wildflower arrangements, including the oversize arbor decor, the wild bouquets and even Kim’s boho flower crown (which brought the outside in for a totally garden feel). Another standout detail? The amazing desserts! Kim and Nick kicked off the best part of the meal with an Italian wedding cake from Rick's Bakery. The dessert loving-couple didn’t stop there, though, and also served fruit pies and Michigan-inspired cider and cinnamon and sugar cake doughnuts in honor of Nick’s roots and the fall season. There are so many details we love! See them all, beautifully captured by Adie Gateley from Salt and Sky Studios, below.
