The wedding party consisted of 17 bridesmaids and 14 groomsmen. The bridesmaids all wore the same chiffon dress; the groomsmen all wore dark-gray suits.
“They made the whole area smell wonderful,” Brynne says of the escort cards, which were displayed in French bulb crates filled with fresh lavender.
Brynne wanted to include many natural elements in the reception décor, such as tree stumps from her family’s country home.
The six-tiered buttercream cake was topped with fresh flowers and succulents and had a lace pattern that matched Brynne’s dress.

The bridesmaid bouquets included hydrangeas, peonies, dusty miller, white roses and succulents and were wrapped in linen.
Lanterns, white flowers and wooden-plank table numbers served as the centerpiece for some tables.
To create a rustic yet elegant feel, the tables at the reception were decorated with white flowers, mercury glass and flax-colored linens. The bride and groom sat with both their families at a long wooden French-style farm table.
The ceremony programs, which were printed on charcoal-bordered ivory paper with silver and charcoal type, exactly matched the couple’s invitations.
