A Rustic, DIY Wedding at Camp Kon-O-Kwee Spencer in Fombell, Pennsylvania

Mary Pisarcik (27 and works at a flower farm) and Cody Winget (28 and works in information technology) met while they were working their way through college, and the couple dated for six years. One wintry day, while Mary and Cody were building a snowman, Cody presented Mary with an engagement ring on the snowman's carrot nose and asked her to marry him. The couple was married at YMCA's Camp Kon-O-Kwee Spencer in Fombell, Pennsylvania. Their woodsy, rustic wedding was full of gorgeous DIY details. Mary and Cody's playful invitation suite included a hand drawn save the date with portraits of the bride and groom and a mad lib style RSVP card. Their ceremony, which was held on an earthy patio under the trees and sky, was beautifully decorated with a rose petal aisle, gray and white streamers at the altar and paper lanterns dangling from tree branches. The reception, held in a sunny, cedar wood lodge, had colorful centerpieces of wildflowers in milk glass vases and lace trim banners strung across the ceiling. All of the flowers were provided by Mary's family farm. As favors, Mary and Cody gave their guests cute succulent plants in cork vases, and for drinks, they invited their guests to use antique glassware that they had spent months collecting prior to the wedding. For dessert, there was a traditional Pittsburgh wedding cookie table and a variety of homemade cakes baked by Mary's sister, making this pretty wedding all the more sweet and memorable.
