A Rustic Country Wedding at The Millcroft Inn & Spa in Caledon, Ontario

Tori Shanahan (21 and a child and youth worker) and Spencer Harrison (30 and an automotive service technician) held their wedding at the Millcroft Inn & Spa in Caledon, Ontario. They had planned for their April wedding to have an outdoor ceremony, but unfortunately it snowed on their wedding day. Despite that, 1486 Photography was able to take gorgeous shots of the couple surrounded by fluffy white snow -- capturing some of that enchanting winter setting in the middle of spring. Inspired by lace, burlap and chalkboards, the couple went with a rustic country theme, with a color palette of blush, purple and gold. Parsons' Florist created a lovely bouquet of baby's breath, miniature roses, lavender, lilies and ivy, adding a soft, romantic touch that complemented the rustic country theme of the wedding. Tori's favorite detail? Her custom-made chinchilla cake toppers. "I have had a pet chinchilla, Chilly, since I was 15 years old, and she has become a cherished part of our family," Tori says.
