A plentiful amount of burlap and rustic DIY decor combined with a warm yellow and white color palette set the perfect vibe for this casual, country-chic wedding. Claire Beckman (25 and an insurance account manager) and Nolan Person (29 and a certified public accountant) had their outdoor wedding at Stone Ranch in Lodi, California, which fit the backyard-wedding feel they were looking for in a venue. The couple got married underneath a rustic gazebo made of wood and draped with white linens, located near the lake waterfront that was surrounded by weeping willow trees and vineyards on the property. Claire wore an elegant wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline and a ball gown skirt accented with white flowers and a yellow sash, designed by Mori Lee. The lawn reception had round dining tables dressed in ivory linens with pops of yellow from the flower centerpieces made of daisies, spider mums and craspedia accented with succulents, captured by Julie Nicole Photography. A DIY detail we loved was the standing antique piece that folded open into a seating chart, with numbers written in yellow and names of guests in white underneath. “I don’t think it was just any one thing that best reflected us on our wedding day,” Claire says. “Nolan and I love to have a good time with friends and family, and we are laid-back when it comes to events.”

Round-Cut Diamond and Silver Rings
Wedding invitations were on white card stock decorated with a blue burlap design, which also matched the blue writing on the cards. They were accented with canary yellow hearts that had the couple's first-name initials. The couple was happy with the overall simple look of the invitations.
Nolan had a boutonniere arranged with succulents and yellow brunia pinned to his tan lapel jacket. He wore a white tie over his white collared dress shirt, which matched his pocket square. The groomsmen matched Nolan with their suits and boutonnieres, but had yellow ties instead of white.

The ceremony took place outside at Stone Ranch in Lodi, California, where the couple was married underneath a gazebo made of wooden panels draped with white linens. Wooden folding chairs with white cushions faced the gazebo, with the lake waterfront nearby.
The ring bearers walked down the aisle during the ceremony holding a chalkboard sign with a wooden frame that read "Uncle Nolan Here Comes Your Girl." The two boys wore canary yellow bow ties over their white collared dress shirts, along with blue suspenders attached to khaki pants.
White and Yellow Flower Aisle Decorations
Claire and Nolan held hands in front of their officiant during their ceremony. Claire wore a strapless ivory wedding dress designed by Mori Lee, which was accented with a canary yellow sash that draped down the back. She had her hair styled into an updo with a white flower pinned to the top.
Claire and Nolan stood with their wedding party, who were dressed in navy blue and tan attire. "My bridesmaids wore navy blue party dresses from David's Bridal, and they had a little detail on the skirt that matched the swirl pattern on my skirt," Claire says. "The groomsmen wore tan suits with yellow ties, and Nolan wore the same tan suit with an off-white tie."

The reception took place on the lawn at Stone Ranch in Lodi, California, surrounded by lush trees that had yellow paper lanterns hanging from its branches. Round dining tables were dressed in white linens, and were decorated with canary yellow flower centerpieces.
Guests were able to locate their seats at the reception on two standing panels made of wood that flapped outward, which served the purpose of a seating chart. The table numbers were written in large, yellow letters while the names of guests were written in white directly underneath.
Dining tables were covered with navy blue and tan runners in a Greek key pattern. Canary yellow flower centerpieces were filled with roses and chrysanthemums and a heart-shaped table number stuck up in the middle. The centerpiece was surrounded by mason jars wrapped in lace and burlap.

Miniature Vegan Bundt Cakes
The classic, petite wedding cake stood two tiers tall and was decorated with a single green succulent on the side. The top of the cake had a yellow topper with the couple's last-name initial, and the cake was positioned on a simple stand. In addition to the cake, miniature vegan Bundt cakes were served, so all their guests could have something sweet at the end of the celebration.
