A Rustic Antique Charm Wedding at Circle Oak Ranch in Fallbrook, California

Tammy Reilly (35 and an account manager) met Kyle Phipps (24 and a customer service rep) when she moved back home to San Diego. She had heard about her best friend Dawn's close family friends for years and when she finally got the chance to meet them, she was introduced to Kyle. After a year of close friendship the two began dating and shortly thereafter moved in together. They were clearly inseparable so it was no surprise when Kyle went to Tammy's father and asked for permission to marry her. They both love being outdoors in nature and found Circle Oak Ranch with it's giant oak tree and natural setting to be the perfect venue. Tammy and Kyle didn't want their decorations to outshine the beauty of the location so chose a neutral palette that reflected the natural rustic colors. They incorporated ivory, tans, creams, blush, soft blues and grays throughout the ceremony and reception. The aisle was lined with blush rose petals and tissue poms hung from the branches of the oak tree under which they were married. At the cocktail hour, guests were served passed h'orderves and could take a turn at the photo booth or play lawn games like croquet, ladder ball, lawn bowling and corn hole. The rustic reception decor was complete with burlap table runners and mini turquoise mason jars. Although they did have the traditional wedding cake, Tammy and Reilly also added a delicious selection of treats at a dessert table and a s'mores stations located by the fire pit. At the end of the night guests were given wooden picture frames with the wedding monogram as a wedding favor. "I think overall the day was happy and laid back. No stress, no pressure, just a lot of laughter and fun with family and friends." says Tammy.
