A Romantic Wedding at Casa Blanca in Round Rock, Texas

Amanda Cole (24 and a chemist) and James Dickson (25 and an engineer) met at a country dance hall in Cedar Park, Texas, and instantly hit it off. Fast forward a year, and James surprised Amanda with a romantic proposal at home that took her breath away. Their wedding was held at Casa Blanca in Round Rock, Texas. The venue hosts a beautiful white house that sits on a large, well-manicured property. The couple had their ceremony outdoors and then moved into the house for the reception. The bride's sweetheart neckline mermaid style wedding dress was designed by Casablanca bridal, and features lace and beaded accents for a vintage feel. The bridesmaids wore assorted dresses in a blush hue, and the groom and groomsmen wore taupe vests and pants with blush ties, opting out of their jackets on the hot Texas day. The style swayed towards timeless romantic with hues of soft lavender, blush, peach and cream. "My advice to future couples would be relax, take a deep breath and enjoy the time you have at your wedding," says Amanda.  After all, the most important thing is that you get to spend the rest of your life with the person that makes you the happiest."
