Evelyn Kong (27 and a business program manager) and Neil Ozzie (31 and a product quality manager) chose to celebrate their love at Maui Dragon Fruit Farm in Lahaina, Hawaii, which captured the beautiful tropical landscape that created a romantic ambience for their wedding day. Card stock invitations with fuchsia orchid designs were sent out to guests, accompanied by humorous postcards depicting the couple with a sunset backdrop. The ceremony took place on the lawn of the venue, decorated with orchid decor next to the linen-draped wedding arch that went along with the gold, white and coral color palette. Evelyn was not a big fan of heels, especially when it came to getting married on the lawn, so she wore gold shoes with intricate beading and jewels on the toes. The reception took place under a large white tent, where white dining tables were decorated in centerpieces of candles surrounded by seashells and branches. Each guest received a small pouch with a starfish design to take home with as favors, which were filled with macadamia nuts, shell necklaces, Hawaiian salt and fortune cookies.
