A Romantic Spring Wedding at Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

One year after getting engaged on the Endless Bridge at the Guthrie Theater, Rebecca Seeman (27) and Scott Simandi (26) celebrated with family and friends in a wedding filled with DIY details. "We're still finding glitter hidden throughout our home," Rebecca says of her homemade table numbers. Armed with a romantic palette of blush and gold, Rebecca settled on a reception space after falling in love with the inherent charm of Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. "I loved the fact that you could dress it up or down," Rebecca says. "When I showed photos to Scott, he was sold." Dressed in a strapless ivory gown complete with beaded straps, Rebecca exchanged vows with Scott in an ultra-personal ceremony where her brother served as the officiant. "It was so surreal to walk down the aisle with my father, see my future husband smiling back and be married by the best brother a girl could ask for," Rebecca says. Post-ceremony, the newlyweds and 175 guests dined and danced before snapping a few hundred pictures against a photo backdrop. "Not only were our guests entertained for hours, but we have hundreds of photos to last us a lifetime," Rebecca says. "We really wish we could live our wedding day over and over again. We say it all the time, but it's absolutely true."
