A Romantic, Rustic Wedding at WoodsEdge Farm Wedding & Events in Stockton, New Jersey
Taylor Sutter and Travis Rigante live in a little old farmhouse with a big red barn on-site. Staying true to their roots, they wanted a rustic, natural venue for their wedding. "That landed us at WoodsEdge Farm, surrounded by alpacas and llamas," Taylor says. "I always had the idea of having natural, light and airy vibes, and working with green, nude and blush tones." The farm was a blank slate, and the couple decorated the outdoor ceremony site with a white floral wedding arch built by Travis's grandfather. The reception, which took place inside the farmhouse, had large, exposed wood tables topped with centerpieces of white flowers and deer antlers as a nod to the groom's love of hunting. "We used benches that matched the tables for the ceremony to keep it cohesive," Taylor says. "We also incorporated antique wood crates and a lot of lanterns throughout the space." String lights overhead added to the ambience. As another personal touch, Taylor and Travis named their signature drinks after their dogs, who "are basically our children," Taylor says. Her bouquet, as well the other flowers at the wedding, contained blush peonies, white roses and eucalyptus leaves that matched Travis's sage-green suit.
