A Romantic, Rustic Vineyard Wedding at the Villa Marie Winery in Maryville, Illinois

Lauren (26 and a pediatric nurse) and Craig (25 and working in the family business) held a romantic, God-centered wedding in the vineyard at Villa Mar

Lauren (26 and a pediatric nurse) and Craig (25 and working in the family business) held a romantic, God-centered wedding in the vineyard at Villa Marie Winery in Maryville, Illinois--and they planned it in only four and a half months! But quick and confident decision-making is something that certainly comes naturally to this couple; they where engaged within ten months of dating after Craig's sister, Jessica, helped to set them up. While on a family vacation in Sea Side, Florida, Craig proposed to Lauren on the beach just as the sun was setting behind the ocean (enlisting the help of his father and brother-in-law to record the picturesque event). With their rustic, wine-themed wedding, Lauren and Craig wanted a comfortable environment for their guests, incorporating "natural elements of wood and burlap," oversized lawn games, and copious assortments of wine, along with a beautiful message from their pastor to tie their love together.

Lauren wore a spectacular Galina Signature trumpet-style wedding gown with delicate polka dots on the 3/4 length sleeves.
Lauren had a gorgeous, ethereal-looking bouquet of purple ranunculus, roses, and hydrangeas.
Large lawn games, like an oversized version of Jenga, were equal parts decorative and entertaining.

Lauren's purple bouquet was wrapped in burlap and boutonnieres were ties with twine, both incorporating rustic elements from the wedding theme.

The bridesmaids wore three different shades of purple: sangria (how appropriate for a vineyard wedding!), plum, and wisteria.
Craig's Brown Shoes, Suspenders, and White Tie
The groom and his groomsmen all wore fashionable three piece suits from Jack Threads. The each even got their own matching watch.
For her gift to the groom, Lauren engraved a gorgeous gold and brown watch with the wedding date and the perfect quote, "I'm Yours for All Time."
Craig had a plum-colored boutonniere to stand apart from his groomsmen (who wore white ranunculus, instead). The blue watch face on his groom's gift adds an unexpected pop of color to his neutral suit.
Craig and his groomsmen pose like professionals in their neutral-colored suits. The texture of the fabric perfectly ties into the rustic, burlap accents in the wedding decor.

The reception tables were covered in small, rustic decorations, like tree stumps, painted pumpkins, candles, and vases filled with acorns, twigs, and sand. Given the venue, a wide variety of hand-picked wines were served at the dinner service.
To go along with the winery theme, the "N" cake topper on the wine purple wedding cake was made from cork.
