A Romantic Pink and White Wedding at Woodbury Country Club in Woodbury, New York

Happy Chou, 31, and Albert Chen, 30, met through mutual friends at a Thanksgiving dinner in 2009. After dinner, everyone went to a wine bar. When Happy got home from the bar, she had an email titled, 'Home Safe?' The pair communicated through email for four months -- no phone calls, no text messages. Obviously, their relationship progressed from just emails, to phone exchanges, texts and even dates. Since Happy is a big fan of Hello Kitty, Albert proposed with origami Hello Kitty bride and groom figurines by the water in Edgewater, New Jersey. Friends were waiting along the shore with even more Hello Kitties and flowers and of course, video taping and taking pictures of the whole thing as it went down. The video ended up playing at their wedding, which took place at Woodbury Country Club in Woodbury, NY. "We chose this location because it hasd a lot of greens, trees, along with a big pool. Our families flew in from Toronto, Vancouver, Singapore, Hong Kong, London -- all over the place - and we didn't want the locations to be too far for everyone," Happy says.
