A Romantic Glam Wedding at the Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe, New Mexico
The wedding of Amber Knott (32 and a lobbyist) and Jeremy Howard (37 and a consultant) was the perfect juxtaposition of romantic glam and the rustic style of New Mexico. Amber knew she wanted her wedding guests to get a glimpse of her home state, so the couple tied the knot at the Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe, New Mexico, which provided a distinctive space for each stage of their wedding day. “Jeremy and I chose Santa Fe for the rich history, culture and stunning backdrop,” Amber says. She wore the Willow wedding dress by Jenny Packham, an ethereal beaded V-neck dress with illusion short sleeves. “I had a picture of the Willow gown saved in my email account long before Jeremy proposed,” Amber says. “It was the first dress I tried on, and it was as perfect as I’d imagined.” The wedding dress set the tone for the pink and silver decor selections, inspired by classic glamour with modern touches. Amber’s vision came to life between the New Mexico desert backdrop and her selections of lush flowers in shades of pink, sparkling linens, ribbon accents and candles. “Jeremy and I wanted our guests to experience an elegant, intimate, romantic affair while getting a taste of New Mexico and having a lot of fun,” Amber says. While she ran with her pink and sparkly details, Jeremy chose all the music. The couple entered the reception to “Welcome to the Jungle” and cut their wedding cake to “Pour Some Sugar On Me.” “Dixieland Delight” got the party started, and guests danced late into the night. A standout detail? Ryan of Fizelwink Photography captured a heart-shape cloud above the couple during their photos together. See the details, below.
