A Romantic Garden Wedding at Carillon Beach Village Green in Panama City Beach, Florida

From the Southern-inspired decor to the heirloom veil and hanging photo display, Katie Warnke (32 and in marketing) and Brendan Harrison’s (35 and a US Air Force pilot) romantic wedding was filled with personal details. The couple started their day in a sweet indoor ceremony designed by Carillon Weddings. Katie walked to the altar in a lace mermaid wedding dress by Monique Lhuillier as her mother’s chapel-length veil swept over the floor. Brendan waited for her in a gray suit. After the couple said “I do” in front of a wooden cross, their reception was held on the Carillon Beach Village Green in Panama City Beach, Florida. "It was a perfect setting for our guests to get to know each other better and relax on a mini vacation," says Katie. A few of Brendan’s groomsmen in the Air Force helped the couple make a grand entrance with a saber arch as guests found their seats on airplane-shaped escort cards. Lanterns and soft natural accents filled the space as Myrtie Blue topped each table with a romantic arrangement of pink delphiniums and white peonies. The lighting design also added a personal touch as lanterns and photos of loved ones were hung from a grand tree. After dinner, the night was a nonstop party. “It was unseasonably cold; however, that didn't stop this crew from lighting the dance floor on fire. From dance-offs, to Zac Brown Band and Neil Diamond sing-a-longs, the clean-up crew was removing the dance floor from under our feet,” Katie says.
