A Romantic Garden Wedding at The Skylands Manor Castle at the New Jersey Botanical Gardens in Ringwood, New Jersey
Between the white freesia favors for their guests and casino games during the reception, Juliette Campbell (27) and Nathan Roseth’s (27) romantic garden wedding was filled with fun surprises and sweet details. The Skylands Manor Castle at the New Jersey Botanical Gardens served as the backdrop for their ceremony as Juliette and Nathan highlighted the space with limited decor. Laura Clare Design, the couple’s florist, accented the surrounding koi pond with floating pink peonies and flower petals as guests took their seats in white folding chairs. Nathan waited beside the couple's lush wedding arch in a classic black tuxedo. Juliette's dress stood out against the decor. She made her entrance in a classic white ball gown by Danielle Caprese. For a hint of color, gold detailing covered her waist and custom straps. The couple’s officiant kept everyone laughing and in a good mood as the Juliette and Nathan said “I do.” Afterward, each guest went inside for a fun reception designed by Peony Events. All were given a custom casino chip for the roulette table as they entered a ballroom filled with arcade games, live music from the Billy Stone Band and a photo booth. They were also treated to an impromptu performance. “A few of my friends, including one of the bridesmaids, pulled me up to do a choreographed dance we learned at summer camp 15 years ago to ‘Build Me Up Buttercup,’” says Juliette. Charlotte Jenks Lewis Photography captured every moment below. Juliette shares a tip: “Planning a wedding is a fun process and not something you get to do everyday. Take it in and have fun.”
