A Romantic, Garden Wedding at Bells at Killcare in Killcare Heights, Australia
The beautiful outdoor gardens and elegant reception hall at Bells at Killcare in Killcare Heights, Australia, created the ideal ambience for this romantic, classic wedding—decked out in the main decor of pink and white flowers. "I love flowers and everything pretty," Michelle Ennis (28 and a primary school teacher) says of her marriage to Liam Cox (28 and a project manager). "My decorations stayed simple, and it was exactly how I imagined." The bouquets held by the bridal party were pastel-colored peony arrangements, which were Michelle's favorite flower. Impact Images photographed pink and white seen within other flower arrangements, from the flower girls' crowns to the fresh flowers that accented the white wedding cake. Michelle wore a stunning ivory wedding dress accented in lace that was designed by Sophia Tolli, with a traditional white veil made of tulle trailing behind her. The bridesmaids wore yellow pastel dresses with a sweetheart neckline while the groomsmen wore pink bow ties and gray suspenders that complemented Liam's outfit. The ceremony took place outside on the venue's green lawn, where the aisle was decorated with tulle bows and small bunches of colorful flowers. The reception was moved into the indoor hall, where guests were treated to a dinner of pasta, vegetables and meat, building up to the dessert bar filled with a variety of sweets that guests took home as favors. We noticed the romantic ambience of the occasion embodied within the four-tier classic white wedding cake, which was accented in peonies, of course. "We had a wedding cake with sparkled icing," Michelle says. "It had four flavors: caramel marble mud, raspberry chocolate, white chocolate and chocolate mud. We have left the top tier to eat on Valentine’s Day this year."
