A Romantic Black Tie Wedding at Westwood Country Club in St. Louis

Margot Langsdorf (33 and a VP of partnerships) and Drew Levine's (30 and a lawyer) black tie destination wedding put velvet linens, hand-painted water

Margot Langsdorf (33 and a VP of partnerships) and Drew Levine's (30 and a lawyer) black tie destination wedding put velvet linens, hand-painted watercolor stationery and cement centerpieces on display. After Margot and Drew married under a birchwood chuppah, guests moved to cocktail hour where they sipped tropical drinks and watermelon-basil cocktails. “Nothing makes Drew happier than a frozen piña colada,” Margot says. Everyone then tasted Jewish eats in the form of open-faced Reuben sandwiches and Westwood’s famous cheese bagels. A three-layer cake made of banana, citrus and chocolate flavors followed. “The theme of our wedding was great food—and lots of it,” Margot says.  In a move that caught Drew completely off guard, Margot invited one extra guest to cocktail hour: a Clydesdale horse. “My favorite memory of the day was when Drew caught sight of the surprise,” Margot says.
