A Relaxed Industrial Wedding at Loft 301 in Kalamazoo, Michigan
Maegan and Dustin weren’t going to leave Michigan’s unpredictable weather to chance on the day of their “I dos.” “We opted for an indoor wedding to eliminate any weather-related surprises,” Maegan says of bringing the outdoors in for their garden-inspired celebration. For the recessional, onlookers showered the newlyweds with “confetti”—leaves plucked from flower arrangements. A cluster of trailing vines and eucalyptus appeared to climb up the white brick interior of Loft 310, which was outfitted with gauzy gray table runners and gilded chargers. Black Chiavari chairs popped at dining tables set with hobnail glassware and agate place cards that doubled as favors. “We attached magnets on the back of each stone so guests could take them home,” Maegan says. Additional treats included a spread of brioche doughnuts from the venue’s on-site bakery.
