After trying on more than 100 dresses in five cities, Kate chose a strapless mermaid-style gown, a style she had on her bridal fashion don't list. "I managed to find one with a giant cha-cha ruffle on the back that accentuated my Hispanic figure," she says. To accessorize, she added a 12-foot lace veil. "The veil was the icing on top. I felt like such a Spanish bride," Kate says.
