A Preppy, Elegant Wedding at The Topsfield Commons in Topsfield, Massachussetts

Kendra Smith (26 and a hotel event planning manager) and Greg Hartlein (29 and an investment banker) wanted their wedding to be a little slice of New England charm. A reception near Kendra's family home, with a ceremony at her family's church, plus a color palette of navy, green, pink and white brought out the couple's preppy, elegant theme. Soft pink and white peonies and roses (Kendra's favorite flowers) were used in the bouquets and displayed on silver candelabras for the centerpieces, adding a  garden party element to the decor. Kendra wore a modified A-Line gown, which complemented Greg's custom navy blazer and green pants nicely. The bridesmaids wore eye-catching ivory and navy floor length strapless dresses, which rounded out the New England elegance of the wedding.
