Fragrant eucalyptus filled the air as Jennifer (31 and a dental hygienist) and Zach (35 and an attorney) tied the knot in front of an organic altar crafted from a dozen foliage-wrapped rings. Zach pinned a single olive leaf to his lapel, while Jennifer carried a verdant arrangement of ferns and ruscus wrapped in her great-grandmother’s heirloom handkerchief. “The smell of eucalyptus will forever remind me of our wedding day,” she says. Jennifer's lace fit-and-flare gown featured a high neckline and fabric-covered buttons. In addition to frozen treats from a gelato cart, savory wheels of ricotta, gouda, brie and blue cheese were stacked and paired with figs and grapes for dessert. “I wanted an alfresco feel to dinner,” Jennifer says of decorating dining tables with beaded chargers, tapered candles and punchy striped linens.
