A Playful, Classic Wedding at the Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, New Jersey

Soft pastels and a cheerful bunting motif tied Shirley Kim (26 and a social media manager) and William (Will) Fong’s (31 and a co-founder and CTO at Boxed.com) whimsical wedding together.

The inspiration for the bunting motif came from the couple’s invitation suite, which featured a colorful banner design and two little lovebirds. “We wanted our wedding to reflect us,” Shirley says. “We’re classic, simple and pretty silly, so we made sure our wedding was the same.”

Shirley’s bouquet was a feminine arrangement of white roses and ranunculus with pale pink and green accents.

Guests sat at a single long table for the family-style dinner. The couple created the white, silver and gray banner that hung overhead. Candles and small arrangements of white and pink florals lined the table. “We wanted everyone to dine at the same place and feel a sense of connection and unity,” Shirley says.

“Our piggy bank favors were a real hit!” Shirley says. “Our friends all have them somewhere in their houses filled with coins.”
