A Navy and Fuchsia Wedding at Forest Park Visitor and Education Center in St. Louis, Missouri

Kacey Quillo (29 and a marketing account supervisor) and Justin Heutel (29 and a car dealership manager) met through mutual friends. Justin proposed at home before dinner in front of their Christmas tree at home. “It was simple and adorable and absolutely perfect,” Kacey says. The couple decided to exchange vows in a traditional Catholic ceremony at Saint Francis Xavier College Church. “We had been been through pretty much every Catholic church in the city and nothing was as breathtakingly beautiful as this church,” Kacey says. “The arched ceiling, the stone facade, the grand altar, everything was perfect.” Afterwards, they went to Forest Park Visitor Center for a classic reception complete with white drapery, string lights and tall centerpieces. They used navy and fuchsia for a bold color palette and worked with Belli Fiori to create the lush pink and white floral arrangements and Minted for the modern stationery. At the end of the night, they danced to Jake Gehret and the Brokedown Sound and gave guests flip flops for wedding favors. “Nothing says you have had an amazing night quite like sore feet,” Kacey says.
