A Natural, Rustic Wedding at Glacier National Park in West Glacier, Montana
Loving nature and being outdoors, Caty Yarchever and Andy Freeman chose to get married at Glacier National Park in West Glacier, Montana. They loved the gorgeous lake, swoon-worthy mountains and natural atmosphere (plus, it was where Andy proposed!). The couple exchanged vows under a rustic unfinished-wood wedding arbor on the shores of Lake McDonald with the mountains serving as a backdrop. Loving the amazing views (especially on their beautiful day), they kept their decor to a minimum with some simple baby’s breath and wood accents. Caty wore a classic strapless A-line Maggie Sottero dress with ruching and beading on the bodice completed with an elbow veil. The bridesmaids wore their own floor-length turquoise dresses for a personalized, but still uniform, look, and the groomsmen sported gray suits without a jacket but with black bow ties. Caty carried a classic ivory rose bouquet, and Andy chose a burlap cone boutonniere filled with baby’s breath. After their romantic nuptials, they had a tented reception, with open sides and decorated with paper flowers, burlap letters and baby's breath. Caty and Andy used a classic turquoise and ivory color palette with rustic, natural accents throughout.
