A Modern Wedding at Wichita Boathouse in Wichita, Kansas

When it came to their wedding style, Leilani Feist (21 and a customer service representative) and Victor Heiar (23 and a detention deputy) were all about that sparkle. They set the tone for their dazzling event with their invitation suite, which included a glittery silver belly band. Leilani and her bridesmaids carried all-white bouquets that were held together with rhinestone embellished wraps that echoed the beading in Leilani's wedding dress. Even the desserts sparkled! Edible glitter dusted the cupcakes and rhinestone ribbon decorated the white wedding cake. Beyond the sparkles, Leilani and Victor kept things crisp, clean and modern for their wedding at Wichita Boathouse. They were married on the porch against a sheer backdrop so that their guests could enjoy the views. The following reception took place in a contemporary loft-style hall indoors. The room had navy dining tables topped with white hydrangea centerpieces with branches that added height to the space. String lights were hung from the ceiling to complete the modern look. The wedding party style was also modern, with the bridesmaids in floor-length navy chiffon dresses and the groomsmen in navy suits and navy ties.
