A Modern Classic Wedding at a Private Residence in Vancouver, British Columbia

Jessica and Elliott wanted to keep their wedding minimal and homemade, a perfect fusion of classic elegance, modern designs and DIY elements. The couple held their ceremony at their condo building's rooftop, surrounded by glass bottles filled with roses and Baby's Breath that Jessica arranged herself. A color palette of purple, yellow and green reflected the Spring season. The small, intimate reception was held in a pop up restaurant in the neighborhood. The menu was designed and prepped by Elliott himself, and he even made the wedding cake--a four tier blackforest and lemon curd cake with a buttercream icing. "The elements that reflected us as a couple was how much we did to prepare for the day ourselves," Jessica says.
