Taking cues from the work of their favorite glass artist, Dale Chihuly, Emily and Nate branded their day with bold colors and a clean aesthetic.

Soft gray napkins contrasted with the table linens, while the menu cards featured the same artsy design as the invitations and cake.
For a contemporary look, the guys all wore pale gray suits. Nate’s silver tie stood out among his groomsmen’s purple ones.
The recipe for these striking centerpieces: glass cylinders filled with bear grass and fuchsia orchids.
Handblown glass ornaments were tagged with escort cards and doubled as unique favors.
Emily’s showstopping bouquet included bold purple vanda orchids mixed with fuchsia calla lilies.
Emily’s seven bridesmaids wore matching aubergine cocktail dresses.
Emily found shoes in the perfect shade of purple to match the wedding colors.
Emily and Nate picked “The One I Love” by David Gray because it “sums us up perfectly,” says Emily.
A simple calla lily on Nate’s lapel kept the focus on his sleek, monochromatic look.
Tall branches lined the aisle and led up to the wall of windows that served as the ceremony backdrop.
Some of the dinner tables were topped with simple vases filled with orchids.
The mod square cake (decked out in the same glass art pattern as the invites) got a dose of playfulness from custom wooden peg toppers.
