A Laid-Back Vintage Ranch Wedding at Triple S Ranch in Calistoga, California

From the on-site accommodations to the way dinner was served, everything about Shya Castillo (30 and a research consultant) and Matt Hodges's (30 and a marketing director) wedding centered on family. Many of Matt's relatives made the voyage to Napa Valley from his native Australia for the nuptials, and he and Shya aimed to find a venue that was able to house them and still maintain an effortless and laid-back charm. The Triple S Ranch in Calistoga, California, with its cabins, large tree (under which the ceremony was held) and homey style filled the bill for a welcoming weekend. "Our focus was on providing space for our friends and family to spend time together and for our overseas guests to meet our stateside guests," Shya says. "This was one reason why we decided to serve dinner family style." Stylistic additions were minimal because of both the indoor and outdoor natural beauty of the ranch. Plenty of greenery and garlands were included in the ceremony and reception decor with blush, gray and cream florals. —Allie Volpe
