We didn't have a grand exit because it was New Year's Eve - We stayed and partied the night away until 1:30 a.m.! Whitney says. When the ball dropped, we did every confetti thing you could imagine, she adds.
What mattered most to Whitney and Chris was that their guests had fun on New Year's Eve. They spiced up their formal black and silver color palette with festive glittery details.

The clear span tent was large enough to fit a guest list of 300 and live palm trees.
Striking black ribbon decorated the tiers of the classic white cake. A sparkly buckle shone on each layer, save for the middle one, which displayed the couple's monogram.
Calla Lily Boutonniere
Glittery top hats (for the countdown to 2013) waited for the bride and groom at their seats at the head table. What's a New Year's Eve party without some sparkle? Black linens covered in silver sequins, silver chiavari chairs and white hydrangea centerpieces were 100 percent glitz.
The bouquet of white orchids, mini calla lilies and stephanotis wrapped in a ribbon embroidered with the date and monogram looked modern.
The flower girl (Whitney's niece) carried a pomander of white spray roses that dangled from her wrist on a ribbon.
All 11 bridesmaids wore the same gown.
Soaring silver candelabras were topped with all-white arrangements of hydrangeas and cymbidium orchids. Hanging crystals and white votives set the romantic mood for the night ahead.
