Rita Belitzky is definitely no stranger to weddings! The bride, 29, works in sales at The Knot and her husband, Jeff Beim, 34, is the property and operations manager at Kushner Real Estate Group. So how did the couple meet? None other than a blind date – set up by their families!“Our aunts have been friends for years, and one day their topic of conversation led to the great idea of setting us up,” Rita says. “We had our first date at an Italian cafe in New York City's West Village, and the rest is history! Nearly two years later, Jeff proposed on a snowy winter night in Central Park, while our families waited at a restaurant nearby to celebrate with us.”When Rita and Jeff started planning, they chose a country club venue for their glamorous November wedding.“We chose The Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, New Jersey, which is situated on top of Garret Mountain on 30 beautiful acres,” Rita says. “Our ceremony and reception were in the Grand Ballroom and our cocktail hour and Viennese Hour were in the cocktail lounge. My favorite color is green, so I tried to incorporate the color wherever I could! Our flowers were a mix of pink, green and white colors. We also had a photo booth to capture the funny, silly and crazy moments of the night from our family and friends!”

Rita and Jeff's wedding invitation featured a clean and classic black calligraphy set against an elegant white background.
The bride and groom's wedding bands look so pretty set atop a newspaper that shows their November 29, 2014, wedding date. And Rita's diamond engagement band is absolutely breathtaking!
"My custom wedding dress was by LaRichi Couture," Rita says. "It was modern, chic and romantic! It had a sweetheart neckline, trumpet silhouette and layers and layers of lace and tulle. "
Although Rita chose pink, green and white flowers for her reception florals, she walked down the aisle carrying an all-white floral bridal bouquet.
Bride and Groom's First Look
"Jeff wore a custom satin shawl collar black tuxedo by Nick Hilton," Rita says. We also love this beautiful black and white photo of their ceremony.
Rita's bridesmaids wore emerald-green strapless bridesmaid dresses and carried pink, green and white bouquets to match.
Floral and Candle Escort Card Table
"We did his and hers specialty cocktails," Rita says. Jeff's was a Dark & Stormy and hers was a Marga-RITA, naturally! So cute -- we love this idea.
Rita and Jeff's tall floral centerpieces were truly stunning, with pink, green and white blossoms placed in a clear vase. We also love how they chose purple uplighting to be cast onto the white table settings. So pretty!
"The dinner menu featured black cod and Chateaubriand, and our Viennese dessert hour featured a flaming Baked Alaska, gelato, crepes, pastries, a chocolate fountain and more," Rita says.
Bride and Groom Dance the Hora
"Our band, Empyreal Strings, performed a special violin show, which was a highlight of the night, featuring four violinists with a modern, dramatic approach to playing," Rita says.
