Orchids, candlelight and a soft palette of blush and champagne gave a romantic vibe to Erin Sickels (23 and a business owner) and Ben Dittmer's (27 and a farmer) glamorous golf course wedding.  Erin served as their own wedding planner. “I had such a strong vision that paying someone else to help didn’t make sense,” she says. That vision shaped their refined reception, from the vintage-stamped invitations to the towering custom altar handmade by Ben’s employees. In addition to vintage furniture, Erin thrifted gilded elements and mirrors that were incorporated on the tabletops. “Ben didn’t want the reception looking like a Barbie dream house,” Erin says. She stuck with all-white hydrangea centerpieces paired with Lucite candelabras and gold chiavari chairs. Blush linens were subtle enough that even Ben approved. Guests left with pig-shaped candy, a playful nod to Ben's family business: a 100- year-old pig farm.
