Alisha Pavacich (34 and an account executive) and Tory Fredericks (35 and in car sales) met in New York City when they were just 19 years old and attending college together. They had feelings for one another from the very beginning but kept each kept it to themselves until years later when they finally began dating long distance. On New Years Eve, in front of her parents and grandfather, Tory proposed with a ring he designed with her mom, set with the diamond from her grandmothers ring. The ceremony was held on the front lawn of The Barns at Wesleyan Hills. The expansive grounds wrapped around a large pound surrounded by weeping willows perfectly accenting the ivory sheath draped wedding arbor. The bride and grooms 3 month old daughter played the role of flower girl alongside bridesmaids in floor length dove gray gowns. The guests moved into the barn for the reception underneath an array of sparkling string lights. The decor featured romantic blush pinks and soft grays with personal inclusions of the couples life together. Homemade table numbers featured some of their favorite spots in New York City as well as the skyline since it was the city where they met and Tory's hometown. Guests were treated to a signature cocktail of spike strawberry lemonade and plenty of food including shorts ribs and mini tacos. All friends and family left the night with a miniature jam jar of custom made jam from a company based in Brooklyn, New York where Tory and his family are from.

The groom designed the engagement ring with the help of the brides mother. The diamond from her grandmothers ring had been passed down as a family heirloom so they used it as the stone for Alisha.
The color scheme for the decor was blush pink and dove grey for a soft and pretty feel. The bride's bouquet consisted of a variety of pastel wildflowers that were wrapped with spare tulle from her dress.
Succulent Boutonniere
The bridesmaids wore floor length slate gray dresses. The soft purplish color blended beautifully with the romantic wispy trees and pastel bouquets. All of their flowers were also wrapped in spare tulle from the bride's gown.
The groomsmen matched the groom in charcoal gray suits with succulent boutonnieres. They wore light pink ties while the groom wore white to stand out and match the bride. Each groomsmen was given a gift bag of the guys got funky socks to wear the day of the wedding, honey jack and cigars.
A few months after their engagement, the bride and groom found out they were expecting. At just 3 months old the day of the wedding, their  daughter got to play the role of flower girl and be a part of their celebration.

The bride found her perfect dress Kleinfelds, where she fell in love with this strapless tulle Lazaro gown. She polished off her look with a long ombre veil and Valentino shoes.
Place cards and table numbers were designed with the bride favorite New York City locations and the Manhattan skyline to symbolize the city Tory grew up in and the place where they first met.

The bride and groom set the dinner places with miniature jars of jam as the wedding favors. They come from a company based in Brooklyn where the groom grew up so these tasty treats are not only a great idea but also a personal detail.
Guests were served passed appetizers of mini tacos and sliders during cocktail hour before sitting down for a delicious fresh dinner of salmon and short ribs. Signature cocktails of spiked lemonade were served throughout the night.
The wedding cake was covered with blush pink colored frosting and etched with floral detailing. Edible succulent details garnished the sides of varying layers of salted caramel and red velvet. The topper was a customized Hello Kitty bride and groom, a favorite of Alisha.
