A Glam, Minimalist Wedding at Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant in Holland, Michigan
Angela Craig (31 and a director of strategy at WEST Studios) and Trevor McLeod’s (30 and a director of product management at Mic.com) gilded-minimalist celebration included clean lines, subtle geometric details, organic florals and bold navy, gold and white accents.
“We envisioned a traditional Catholic wedding paired with a dance-your-butt-off reception,” Angela says. After they officially said “I do,” the newlyweds made their exit in a vintage Ford Model A belonging to the bride’s family.
Gold flatware, chargers, table numbers and chiavari chairs lent an elegant feel to Angela and Trevor’s brand-new reception venue. Gilded frames even adorned the couple’s dessert table, which included local pies in lieu of cake. “We skipped the ‘pie cutting’ in order to get the dance party started!” Angela says.
