Between the friend who served as their officiant, the mismatched dessert display and photo table numbers, Devon Kontos (29 and in sales) and Rino Bevis’s (35 and in sales) wedding couldn't have been more personalized. Limelight Photography captured every lavender, mint and white detail as the day started with a simple rooftop ceremony at Westin Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida. Katie Olender, Devon and Rino’s planner, lined the aisle with baby’s breath inside tufts of colored tulle as X Floral Salon marked the ceremony space with lush, twin arrangements of white florals. Each bridesmaid added a pop of color in her chosen short, mint dress as Devon followed in a white lace wedding dress by Katie May with an sexy open back. For a twist, it was accented with a paisley design. From the moment Devon reached Rino, their ceremony was filled with smiles and laughter over personal stories. "We laughed the entire ceremony," Devon says. After they exchanged vows, all continued the celebration with an indoor reception. Natural arrangements of hydrangeas and greenery accented each table alongside lavender napkins as tiers of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and more cupcakes were available for guests. Devon and Rino also had a single tier wedding cake drizzled with chocolate for those who wanted something different. All ended the night by snapping a few pictures in the photo booth and dancing to a DJ from Grant Hemond and Associates. “Both of us did push-ups at some point in the evening as well," Devon says. "It was the best night of our lives and a great start to our marriage.”

X Floral Salon accented Devon and Rino’s ceremony with a natural touch. Two lush, silver urns filled with alstroemerias, silver brunia, white roses, white hydrangeas and greenery, were placed at the head of the aisle. Bunches of baby's breath also accented each row of folding chairs in a halo of lavender or mint tulle for a hint of color.
“Our ceremony was perfect us,” Devon says. Their planner, Katie Olender, lined the aisle with bright tufts of lavender and mint tulle as Devon and Rino took part in a ceremony presided over by their friend. From the opening remarks to their first kiss, the entire service was filled with a few personal stories and laughter.
Each of the bridesmaids added a fun touch to Devon and Rino's wedding by choosing their own dresses in mint. They also wore different hairstyles and jewelry. "This allowed all their personalities to shine through, and they all looked stunning,” Devon says.

The team at Ivory & White in Birmingham, Alabama, helped Devon search for a dress that fit their rooftop and indoor space with a touch of fun. With an open back and paisley lace detailing, Devon's Katie May dress was that and more. Her look needed little embellishment. "Instead of a veil, I had the same flowers my mother had in her hair on her wedding day," Devon says.
Devon and Rino’s head table was accented with natural, lush blooms. X Floral Salon designed arrangements of greenery, white alstroemerias, white hydrangeas, dusty miller, white roses and silver brunia to line the table. For a touch of color, each place setting was met with a lavender napkin.
Katie Olender, Devon and Rino’s planner, and X Floral Salon decorated their ballroom at the Westin Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida, with a hint of color. Silver and white linens were paired with lavender napkins as lush, natural arrangements of hydrangeas, silver brunia, greenery and dusty miller were placed at the center. For a personal touch, each table number included a photo of the couple.
“The reception was on the seventh floor in a ballroom that had floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful view of the bay during sunset," Devon says. "It was perfect.” As each of Devon and Rino's guests walked into the ballroom and took in the view, they were greeted at the table with a sweet personal photo of the couple.
Devon and Rino treated their guests to more than a few sweets at the reception. Cupcakes in various shapes, sizes and flavors filled four tiers of their dessert display as a single-tier wedding cake drizzled in chocolate topped the arrangement. For a personal twist, the cake was accented with a white display of a couple and their dog.

Devon's wedding dress featured a sexy open back and fun paisley design, so her hairstyle and makeup were chosen to help show it off. Destiny and Light placed her hair in a side-swept, curled ponytail, as Devon finished the look with pink lipstick.
