A Fun Wedding at Henry Morrison Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, Florida
From the natural cherry blossom centerpieces to the gray bridesmaid dresses, Eleni Kastrenakes (30 and an attorney) and Kurt Howard’s (29 and in finance) wedding was filled with eye-catching pink, gold and gray details. Kane and Social captured the day, which started with a traditional ceremony at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church and ended in a dance party complete with foam sticks and custom sunglasses at the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum. “Our biggest priority was to throw an awesome party,” Eleni says. “We love to dance and have a good time and wanted our guests to do the same.” Dalsimer Atlas helped the couple to accent their wedding with bright florals. Their centerpieces, especially, were nothing short of enchanting. Two tall trumpet vases overflowing with cherry blossoms were placed on each family-style table. Low white hydrangea, white rose, blush rose and coral tea rose centerpieces separated the pair in metallic vases as tea-light candles were spread along the table. Another stunning detail was Eleni’s Vera Wang wedding dress. “Picking out my wedding dress and shoes was one of my favorite parts of the wedding-planning process,” she says. The team at Ever After Bridal helped her to find a strapless all-lace gown with a modern mermaid cut. She paired it with a traditional chapel-length veil. For future couples, Eleni shares a tip: “Enjoy the process. Try to plan with your future spouse as much as possible, so you both feel like your wedding day has your imprint on it.”
