Stephanie Rowe (30, pharmacist) was dared to ask Nate Sodders (30, buyer) while they were neighbors in the same apartment complex during college. Stephanie followed true, and their first date was playing cornhole. The couple dated for seven and a half years before Nate proposed to Stephanie during a vacation with their friends at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Since their families are spread out across the country, Stephanie and Nate chose to have a destination wedding at the Lesner Inn in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They decided their color palette based on the linens available at the hall and came up with the playful combination of peach and powder blue. They kept their floral designs simple, with imitation white and orange calla lilies for the boutonnieres and bouquets and imitation white lilies and ivy for the wedding arch. Their centerpieces included glass vases with peach candles and glass beads on mirrors. Since their wedding was near the beach, Nate wore a khaki suit while Stephanie wore a strapless lace wedding dress from Demetrio Bride. As wedding favors, the newlyweds gave their guests peach sugar cookies in the shape of their monogram. Their beautiful three tier wedding cake was decorated with fondant lace and calla lilies. Stephanie and Nate had a lovely waterfront wedding with their family and friends and enjoyed every minute of it.

Stephanie wore an A-line lace wedding dress by Demetrios Bride. She also wore a hip length veil from Ansonia Bridal Veils.

The ceremony was held outdoors on the Lesner Inn dock with views of the ocean.
Stephanie and Nate shared their first kiss a the waterfront ceremony under a white wooden arch decorated with imitation white lilies and ivy.
The centerpieces were kept simple, with glass vases filled with peach candles on mirrors covered in blue glass pebbles.
For wedding favors, Stephanie and Nate gave their guests individually wrapped sugar cookies in the shape of their monogram. The cookies were peach and the packages were tied with a powder blue ribbon.
The three tier wedding cake from Nothing Better Than Cake Bakery had three flavors: red velvet with cream cheese filling, lemon with lemon filling and almond with raspberry filling. It was beautifully decorated with fondant lace and calla lilies.
