A Fun-Filled Wedding at St. Gregory's Armenian Hall in Granite City, Illinois

High school sweethearts Linda Dohnal (34 and a marketing manager) and Kyle Bridges (33 and a flight instructor) filled their wedding with tons of fun details and moments. The wedding party look set the tone for the day. Linda's bridesmaids dressed in knee-length electric blue dresses. Kyle and his groomsmen dressed more traditionally in black tuxedos. "We were going for a 'George Clooney goes to the Oscars' look," Linda says. Linda had been adamant that she didn't want a strapless dress. "That was until I spotted a beaded, mermaid-style Oleg Cassini," she says. "Of course, it was strapless." Linda and Kyle took a walk down memory lane, revisiting the school where they met. This romantic moment also made for an great photo-op! At the reception at St. Gregory's Armenian Hall in Granite City, Illinois, Kyle had a stein-holding contest instead of a traditional garter toss. His groomsmen competed to see who could hold their pint for the longest amount of time. Good Times Polka Band serenaded them during the competition. "It was a great way to have a little fun, and all 255 guests got involved by cheering on the groomsmen," Linda says. Afterward, Linda and Kyle surprised their guests with cupcakes from the Cupcake Wars winner, the Sweet Divine. To burn off the calories, the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away to tunes provided by DJ Complete Music of St. Louis, Missouri. Forte Photography & Cinema captured the day, below.
