A French-Themed Garden Wedding at Castle Cliff Estate in Sedalia, Colorado
Tres belle! For Jessica (28 and a social media manager) and Jonathan (28 and a creative director), their Paris engagement naturally led to a French-inspired wedding. "We chose the theme based on our love of France and the countryside," Jessica says. Surrounded by wedding colors of pale pink, ivory and green, Jessica and Jonathan were married in the gardens of Castle Cliff Estate in Sedalia, Colorado. Jessica found her strapless drop-waist ball gown at Dora Grace Bridal and held a bouquet of pink, cream and white roses. The couple went to great lengths to document the day—even taking a selfie at the altar. The rest of the wedding memories were beautifully captured by Harper Point Photography. The duo's mid-morning ceremony transitioned into a brunch reception catered by Biscuits and Berries. The meal maintained their French inspiration, with a menu featuring an omelet station, Brie en Croute, yogurt parfaits and arugula salad. "The overall vision was to make the guests feel as if they were attending brunch in France," Jessica says. Afterward, the bride changed into a stunning tea-length pink BHLDN gown for the couple's first dance. Guests were invited to explore the 55-acre Castle Cliff Estates. With its lush gardens and stunning view of Pikes Peak, it made a perfect substitute for the City of Love.
